Answer:
It actually depends on your skin — how it will hold white ink. I’m not sure how tan you are but I’ve seen at lot of tan people with white ink tattoos. They look pretty cool.
With the UV tattoo, they’re pretty invisible under normal lighting. You will need other ink colors if you want them to be seen without the blacklight.

I don’t recommend it. Palm tattoos fade easily so be prepared for a lot of constant touch ups if you really want one. What design? Please do send me a photo once you have one. Thanks!
